**Role Summary**

As an organisation, we are at an exciting time in our development. **What will you be doing?**

**Key role accountabilities include**:

- Build & set up landing pages with personalisation and dynamic content to be used for various marketing purposes and enriched forms to capture customer data, using progressive profiling as and when required.
- Manage & undertake ad-hoc requests from end users covering data queries, KPIs, campaign reports
- Ensure the resultant deliverables meet the brief, including agreed SLAs and are created error-free and are of a customer-facing quality.
- Migrate campaigns from our legacy platform into SF Account Engagement solution.

**Successful applicants should demonstrate some or all of the following**:

- Some experience working with CRM, Customer and/or Marketing data
- A good knowledge of HTML and CSS would be a distinct advantage
- A willingness to build their skills through the achievement of Salesforce Certifications (supported by IOPP)
- A high level of accuracy & attention to detail: Advocate the “Right First Time” approach through best practices such as process documentation, “check and balance” procedures, spot checks etc
- Ability to deliver a high standard of clear communication, ensuring relevant stakeholders are well informed of project status as well as outcomes
- A committed team player who recognises the benefits of sharing knowledge, experience and expertise to further business objectives
- An enthusiastic self-starter who can prioritise the things that make a difference, whilst being focussed on the consistent delivery of quality outcome
