**About The Role**:
We are looking for a People Team Administrator initially on a temporary basis. Working in a busy and fast paced environment you will be predominately supporting our People Team with daily duties. You will be a pivotal member of the team with an excellent attention to detail, conscientious about confidentiality and have effective communication skills at all levels.

Key Responsibilities will include
- Assist with employment life cycle, maintaining databases, reporting, routine monthly processing activities, documentation creation and e-filing, and being the first point of contact for day to day
- Administer the new starter and leaver process, including carrying out new starter inductions.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll and benefit administration
- Ensure that the People Team portal pages are engaging and kept up to date
- Identify opportunities for improvements to administrative processes and practices to improve the People Experience
- Participate in ad-hoc People Functional activities and projects (including supporting Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, People Development or Contractor Management (where required)

**About You**:

- English and maths GCSEs at a minimum of grade 4 (C) or equivalent
- Previous administration experience is essential, preferably in a people-centric role.
- A qualification in (or working towards) CIPD level 3 Human Resources or a similar Human Resources related qualification would be desirable
- Previously dealt with confidential data/information whilst complying with data protection and GDPR guidelines
- General awareness or understanding of employment law
- Engaging and professional manner as well as being an effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbally
- Experience of using Human Resources information systems would be highly desirable
- Accurate typing, minute taking and strong computer literacy skills using Microsoft e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong attention to detail and works well to deadlines.
- A service led and proactive approach, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
