IT Trainer

Our client, a global and high profile organisation, urgently require an experienced Professional Trainer to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful you must have the following experience:

- Experienced IT Trainer
- SC Cleared

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering Learning and Development activities across the business
- Ensuring required resources are identified, utilised and developed to meet the business requirements
- Support the Team Leader
- Develop a training environment which enables individuals to acquire/develop vocational skills and knowledge
- Promote the progression of teaching practices to maintain and improve quality standards
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Bidding and tendering for contracts, andconverting contract requirements into tangible learning programmes
