**Responsibilities**:
Managing the customer's motor claims journey
Full claims process, first notification to final settlement
Ensure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
Working with Motor / Third Party Property Damage Claims
Full Caseload Claims Management
**What we're looking for in a Motor Claims Handler**:
Proven experience within motor claims
Negotiate Motor Insurance Claims - fleet haulage and marine transport
Meet the agreed standards of service, volumes and performance levels, in line with KPIs.
Efficient processing of claims
Provide input and advice to clients on claims progress, manage expectations and support their needs.
Escalate claims to Account Executives and/or Senior Management in accordance with agreed referral triggers.
Set up first advice and managing subsequent interactions with clients and insurers
Assist with the audit of client's claims statistics and provision of summary reports and Analysis.
Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims
Criteria
Must have experience of Motor Insurance Claims
A general working knowledge of the relevant classes of Commercial Insurance business.
Competent in Microsoft Office.
Salary will be dependent on background - circa £25-27K
