**Overview**:
Langstaff-Ellis have built a reputation on producing the very finest interiors on the market. Our finisher will need to have exceptional quality standards and an eye for detail.
- Quality check and prepare woodwork pre-finishing, to the highest levels of detail
- Spray priming, lacquering & paint finishing using water based and PU finishes

Whilst not essential spraying
- Paint finish preparation
- Managing workflow to maximise department efficiency
- Workshop and machinery maintenance and environmental management
- Reporting to Spray shop manager
- We are looking for a highly motivate and organised individual with the skills to finish our exceptional products to a very high level.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years’ previous practical experience in high-end furniture spray finishing
- Previous experience and knowledge in water-based and PU products is a must
- Applicants must have the knowledge to achieve perfect results without a mentor
- A good understanding and experience in staining is a must
- Previous experience in liquid metal finishes and high gloss will put you at a distinct advantage
- We are looking for someone with the confidence and experience to contribute toward department improvements
- A good understanding of efficient workflow and project organisation is a key attribute for the role

- Full time, permanent role. Monday 8-5 Friday 8-4.
- Salary guide £30,000 - £40,000 pa depending on experience
- Additional holiday awarded for long service (Years 3,4 & 5)
- Christmas shutdown is not taken from Holiday entitlement
