The Varsity Hotel & Spa (Thompson's Lane, Cambridge, CB5 8AQ) is currently looking for a full time hotel receptionist (also part time position available)

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist
- Knowledge of standard hotel procedures (Check-in, Check-out, Reservations)
- Knowledge of hotel software OPERA PMS is a plus however training in house offered, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good level of local knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Professional appearance
- Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

Position available immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
