Role: Transformation Assurance Lead
Contract Length: 6 Months

**Qualifications/ Knowledge/ Experience**
- Senior stakeholder engagement (including TO, capital projects, IT and other projects managers / leads) Essential
- Professional project and programme management certification such as Prince2, CMMI, MSP or other project/change management related certification Essential
- Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience Essential
- Proven track record in leading full life cycle programme and project management in a diverse environment, using industry standard methodologies such as Prince2, ITL or APM Essential
- Experience in risk-based auditing across a range of processes using the latest audit methodologies and techniques Essential
- Experience in using basic computer-based auditing tools and techniques Essential
- Strong Microsoft Office (or equivalent) skills Essential
- Strong business change management experience Essential
- Analytical thinker capable of managing complex detail without losing sight of the big picture. Essential
- Business or audit knowledge of IT or systems (particularly SAP and Sharepoint) Desirable
- Knowledge of capital project delivery Desirable
- Experience gained, working in a complex manufacturing, large multinational or complex structured environment (audit or otherwise) Desirable
- Risk management experience (including assessment, management, reporting on risk matters or facilitating risk discussions) Desirable
- Knowledge of fraud or forensic investigations Desirable
