TheA leader in the provision of fire protection services is looking for a well organised and driven individual to oversee fast paced delivery of FRA contracts. You will be overseeing a team of 20 individuals including trade operatives and office support staff, handling day to day running of the contract and any issues which arise.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Uploading FRA actions into company CRM
- Updating client portals
- Ensure KPI compliance
- Attending client meetings over teams and take internal meeting notes
- Dealing with all client queries & install queries on your contract
- To handle all administration for your designated contracts
- To provide assistance to the Contracts Manager where applicable and carry out other ad hoc duties
- Great organisational and administration skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Knowledge of FRA works and projects is desirable, however full industry training will be given
- Knowledge of how to navigate CRM systems (CASH would be an advantage)
- Good overall IT literacy
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
