Due to its ongoing success, with other members of the sales team moving up the ladder - Crystal Tax now requires an Head of Telesales to lead our Telesales Department in spreading the good news

Already in place are great products - Crystal Tax works on a no win, no fee basis for many of its services, & these rebates are there just waiting for our clients; so it is more of a tell than a sell - & a great operations team, we just need a proven telesales professional with experience in leading a telesales team to help the Head of Sales & company director to takeover an already established & effective telesales team.

After sector training regarding our products & services, the role will involve:

- Leading & motivating the telesales team
- Conducting
- pre-call time briefings
- rapport training
- topic of the day meetings
- call time debriefings
- Helping the company to devise scripts & sales processes & procedures
- & ensure they are being followed
- Agreeing, setting & meeting team & individual sales targets
- Calling prospective clients to either arrange appointments to meet them or
- to tell them about our services over the telephone & send them paperwork.
- Following up with them to ensure receipt, address any queries & or
- assist them in returning the required documentation.
- Enter & update customer information in the database
- currently PipeDrive.
- Client registrations, guiding new clients through client registration documents
- Compiling & sending respective telesales report to company leaders &
- completing the office sales boards
- Contacting companies to introduce the services of Crystal Tax Ltd
- & its group of companies &
i. arranging appointments to explain the benefits of Crystal Tax Ltd’s services
- Account management, liaising with current clients & introducers
- Other ad hoc duties at the request of Head of Sales, Directors & Director Designates

An excellent telephone manner is a must, as is excellent written & spoken English; you should be presentable, numerate, organised, & be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Business operations experience (i.e. using database software) would be useful, as would knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme, the agency sector & umbrella companies.

The job is varied, stimulating, & financially rewarding. In addition to a starting salary of £30,000, you will qualify for commissions on every successful client registration, being engaged in the whole process to ensure your efforts are being processed & rewarded, & your OTE year one should be £40K+, year 2 £50K+ but there is no upper limit to your earnings.

You will be working in a friendly fun environment, with good prospects & excellent development potential.
