**Job description**

You will form part of our friendly, but hard working, reception team, providing a professional, efficient and effective reception service to both patients and health professionals alike. Confidentiality is an essential part of the role.

Key responsibilities: Make, amend and cancel clinical appointments for patients using the SystmOne clinical system. Care navigate patients to the most appropriate health professional/service when booking appointments. Deal with and record accurate messages from clinicians and patients

We are open from 7am until 6.30pm and flexibility is essential as you will be required to work between these hours to meet the needs of the business, and cover colleagues when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
