Fp&a Analyst

We are partnering with a rapidly growing business who have been going through year-on-year growth over the last 5 years. They are expanding internationally and are looking to make this key hire to support the next stage of their growth.

We are searching for an FP&A Analyst to join their excellent finance team where they will support the business with financial planning and analytics. This person will gain great exposure to high level stakeholders within the business and will be trustedto support their continued growth. This is the perfect role for someone looking to get involved in business partnering, and commercial analysis within a growing organisation.

What will you be doing?
- Assisting with financial planning, forecasting and analytics, including P&L forecasts, annual planning, cash flow forecasts and central department budgets
- Cost, Profitability & Margin Analysis for key projects the business is running globally
- Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our long term strategic plan
- Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
- Preparing insightful analysis to aid key decision-makers
- Producing and distributing standard and non-standard reports in a timely manner
- Assisting the development of key insightful management reports as the company looking to improve standardisation
- Continuous improvement of internal systems and processes for the group
- Business partnering to report on financials and drive strategy
- Ad hoc - pricing and project analysis for stakeholders
- Supporting with ad hoc projects as a trusted partner where necessary

What are we looking for?
- Part Qualified or Studying Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Strong FP&A experience
- Experience in a services business is preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills (incl. V look ups, Pivots, Sum-ifs)
- Strong communicator
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
