Heat Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our award-winning business remotely. We have a number of fully remote consultants based all over the country and are well equipped to set you up for success, support with ourcollaborative working environment and allow consultants to feel apart of their team and wider business from the comfort of your own home office.

Essential experience needed:

- Experience working as a Recruitment Consultant
- A proven track record of billings and hitting targets
- Experience developing growth strategies for your client portfolio
- The ability to identify the critical needs within a business and provide suitable solutions
