**Join Mathnasium as a Maths Tutor / Maths Teacher**

This is **not an online** teaching vacancy. This is a maths teacher role for our centre in Buckhurst Hill

**No Experience Necessary**

Mathnasium is a global company with 900 maths-only learning centres worldwide, which offers both maths help and enrichment to students through our unique combination of mental, oral, visual, tactile and written techniques. We teach maths to children for understanding, in a way that makes sense to them Most importantly we make maths fun and grow children’s confidence. We are hiring a maths teacher.

Want to make a difference in a child’s life by passing on a love for maths? We are currently seeking Maths Instructors to work with students to achieve mastery of maths. We are recruiting for a mathematics teacher.

**Availability**

To cover at least 2 of the below shifts

Mon-Thu 3:30pm-7:30pm

Sat 10am-2pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer Mathnasium curriculum
- Deliver Mathnasium methodology with confidence and energy
- Ensure continued student motivation, progression and mastery
- Execute superior customer service
- Professionally interact with students and parents
- Communicate student progress to line manager

**Person Specification**

- Exceptional maths skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Passion for working with students
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
- Energetic, fun and confident personality

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buckhurst Hill: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
