***Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure delivery times are met as detailed on the daily delivery sheets and ensure all valeting and additional work requirements are completed prior to delivery.
- Reviewing deliveries throughout the day and liaise with Sales and Aftersales to resolve any issues.
- Ensuring all vehicles are delivered in the standard expected by the customer.
- Coordinating the completion of all work required on a vehicle.
- Organising the valeting and fuelling of vehicles ensuring Company and Brand standards are met.
- Liaise with customers to arrange a suitable delivery date and time ensuring the highest level of customer experience at all times.
- Ensure cars are prepared as per the recommended service interval and in the most cost-effective way, assisting with the collection and delivery of customer vehicles as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional organisational skills and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience of working within a motor retail dealership within the Sales or Service departments is desirable but not essential.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
