**What’s the role about?**

As part of our Food & Beverage Department, you’ll be joining as our Restaurant Host responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests and members in our unique boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea.

**Hours of work**: This position will be working any 5 out of 7 days a week including weekends.

**Who you are**
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
- Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
- Immaculately groomed and well-presented
- Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
- Must have solid restaurant reception experience at a senior level

**The role**
- Being the Face for this business
- Meeting and greeting guests on arrival
- Ensuring that the highest levels of service are provided to all our members and their guests
- Greeting and seating our members and taking reservations over the telephone
