**Job summary**:
We're looking for 2 Senior Implementation Advisors to come and join us at Companies House at a very exciting time. We've embarked upon a major transformation programme and have begun to implement major legislative changes that will significantly enhance our ability to tackle false information on the Register and economic crime.

The Implementation Unit is a central team responsible for coordinating implementation across the programme, supporting delivery planning and breaking down siloes. Working closely with our Portfolio team, we report internally and to Department of Business and Trade (DBT) on implementation progress.

This exciting role puts you at the centre of taking the legislative changes and the policy intent, and translating those into delivery and implementation requirements. You will be helping teams across the organisation to solve problems together for a co-ordinated delivery across services.

**Job description**:
As a Senior Implementation Advisor at Companies House, you'll be:

- Taking an active role in the wider Transformation Programme working across numerous business areas to influence, develop and co-ordinate implementation plans.
- Working across the organisation and retaining accountability for co-ordinated implementations for key policy areas working closely with the Principal Implementation Advisor.
- Working with the Policy team to ensure legislative priorities are understood and effectively addressed in implementation plans.
- Working across the business to understand the impacts of changes to service, system and people requirements.
- Supporting the Head of the Implementation Unit and the Principal Implementation Advisors with the oversight and management of implementation governance arrangements - supporting a joint implementation group as part of wider governance for legislative reform.
- Drafting (or commissioning) position papers for our Boards and panels and contributing to briefings for Ministers and key stakeholders.

- Show excellent stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining working relationships and collaborating with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Work at pace under pressure; juggling competing priorities and delivering on time and to high quality.
- Have effective leadership skills, able to engage and drive delivery to challenging timescales and be comfortable with finding practical solutions to complex technical requirements.
- Show strong communication skills and be able to influence delivery across organisational functions.
- Work well with stakeholders including Government departments, agencies and key customer groups.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of implementing legislative changes.
- Show excellent drafting, analysis and briefing skills.
