We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Call existing customers to take their orders and also try and sell and promote products.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner using Sage
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation (Customer complaints)
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Maintain contact lists and company records
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for arranging goods for driver's delivery
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Take payments from counter customer either by cash or card, and payments over the phone.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel for office productivity
- Strong clerical skills including data entry and organizing files
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage office operations efficiently
- Ability to computerize tasks for improved efficiency
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients or colleagues
- Typing proficiency to handle correspondence and documentation accurately
- Good time-management skills; Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,120.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
