To provide a timely, co-ordinated, efficient and effective Orthotics Service to Trust and Community patients through management of Outpatient clinics to minimise waiting times, and daily contact with contractors staff to ensure timely delivery of orthoses. To provide orthoses/prostheses using direct ordering via Supplies Department on a daily basis in order to maximise value for money. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This meansdemonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables andempowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries
