1. Are you eligible to work in the UK?

2. Do you have previous experience of supporting or advising vulnerable customers regarding housing and/or housing support issues?

3. Do you have an understanding of local housing issues?

4. Do you hold a current full driving licence?

5. If required, are you able to undertake home visits within the district?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £14.80 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- Customer service: 5 years (required)
