Forth Valley Psychological Therapies Service is excited to be offering a new post to recruit an enthusiastic psychology graduate for the above post. The post will involve supporting the service to deliver a forensic clinical psychology service to the low secure inpatient ward at Bellsdyke Hospital. Duties will include supporting the delivery of a matched stepped care psychological therapies service; supporting the clinical team in carrying out structured professional judgement risk assessment tools; service related research and audit to support the work of the Service. Training, support and clinical supervision will be available from within the team. A first or upper second honours degree in Psychology or equivalent is essential, as are an understanding of good clinical practice, excellent communication skills, organisational skills, IT skills and interpersonal skills. This department provides a friendly and supportive environment in which to work. The post will be based at Bellsdyke Hospital in Larbert and supervision and continuing professional development will be offered from the wider forensic clinical psychology team.
