My client is the UKs biggest Pub Company with an extensive national property portfolio. They are looking for a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor to join their Estates team. The Estates Development Manager takes responsibility for the professional developmentor disposal of land and property within a specified region.

Key elements of the Estates Development manager include:

- Maximisation of asset value through development (e.g., obtaining planning consent) and future disposal of properties or land in the estate. You will deliver exceptional customer service and support to our Operations teams through this process
- To actively support the execution of the organisations strategy by identifying and extracting optimum returns from the company’s portfolio of assets and land
- Facilitate the identification of alternate use opportunities - this may be a carve out of operational assets, land, or proposed redevelopment of an entire asset

The position is field based and will require an appropriate proportion of time in the Birmingham office liaising with other head office functions. The role will involve travelling throughout the geographic area of responsibility and will include ongoingliaison with field-based operations and property colleagues, third party suppliers and agencies.
