Our Swim schoolcurrently have an internal opportunity for aSwim Instructor in our Hemel Hempstead Fitness & Wellbeing Gym. Continue your journey whilst we support you to be your best.

The Opportunity

You will be providing safe and effective lessons for our customers.As a Swim instructor you will:
Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.

Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun and engaging approach and a talent for teaching that meets individuals needs.

Deliver group lessons with the opportunity to teach one-to-one lessons.

Promote the club and facilities we offer in order to improve total health and wellbeing.

The Person

**To succeed as aSwim Teacheryou will need**:
STA level 2 Award or equivalent in teaching

A confident and approachable mannerism

Great communication skills and experience working with colleagues

A clean Disclosure and Barrings service (DBS) check.

It would also be an advantage if you had STA Level 2 award in Baby and Pre-School.
