Treatment Coordinator

Hardhorn dental is looking for a treatment coordinator who will also work as a reception team member. This exciting opportunity requires you to play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service helping our clients understand the treatment decision process and ensure their experience at our practice is enjoyable. There is an expectation that the treatment coordinator role will promote marketing and the commercial development of the practice.
We are a large, 8 surgery, dental practice based within walking distance of the picturesque town centre of Poulton-Le-Fylde. We offer a wide range of services including Cosmetic dentistry, Orthodontics, Implants and accepts Endodontic referrals. We are fully digital and aspire to be paperless using digital radiographs, Dentally software and intra oral scanners.
**Requirements**:
- 12 months of experience in a Treatment coordinator role is desirable.
- Proficiency in using Dentally or similar dental practice management software.
- Dental Nurse qualification is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients
- Managing and organising promotions on social media
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills.
- Strong sales skills and ability to promote dental treatments and services.
- Work as part of the reception team for part of the working week
Hours:
- Full or part time
**Salary**:
- £12-14 per hour
- Annual bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
