**Summary of the role**:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Commission and Agency administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our international financial advisors (IFAs). Your primary tasks will involve completing reviews, ensuring agents are compliant with local regulations, and updating records on our mainframe systems. While there won't be extensive customer contact, your attention to detail and administrative skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our overseas business channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with international financial advisors and overseas agents.
- Conduct reviews and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Update records on mainframe systems to reflect current status and activity.
- Liaise with IFAs brokers as needed to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Customer service skills are not as critical for this role, though a professional demeanour is important.
- Motivated and focused individual, demonstrating resilience and a proactive attitude towards skill development.
