Job Summary:
The majority of the hours are over a weekend evening and occasional afternoons. Looklong for deadicated and realible team members.

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent time management skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
