**The Role**

Working closely with the Director, Strategic Commercial Planning, this role will form an integral part of commercial planning for the brand P&O Cruises and will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the brand’s strategic direction and coordinatingaction plans that drive the commercial success of the business. The role will:

- be responsible for the coordination of guest facing promotional campaigns and programme launches, ensuring activity/tactics are appropriate to drive sufficient demand to meet commercial and brand objectives
- own the coordination of the brand’s commercial readiness process, leading the relevant forums and facilitating discussions with accountable owners to ensure programme launches and new offers are set up correctly and bookable on the planned start date
- review our trading performance through a product lens, coordinating the collation and sign-off of remedial action plans to combat trading challenges and leverage opportunities
- focus on both mid and long-term commercial challenges & opportunities and how these are addressed as part of our annual campaign planning and the brand’s commercial strategies

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
