**JOB PURPOSE**
The role sits within a team who act as the highest level of Identity and Access Management technology expertise and are supported by Vendor partners
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Solution Manager in ensuring that Services in the respective Service Line are delivered to the business in accordance with agreed service levels and user and client satisfaction targets.
- Responsible for the remediation of Audit & Security risks highlighted by security operations and vendors (Microsoft, KeyFactor).
- Support the development and enforce global design standards for Authentication and directory services. Work on project specific solutions
- Responsible for working closely with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture and other consultative organizations to shape up the destination technology roadmap
- Provides project and operational support through solution design and standards definition
- Responsible for working closely with various technology programmes in solution-ing the right solutions for project and programme needs.
- Responsible to conceptualize global solutions and work as the authentication & directory services business partner to other platforms.
- Responsible to synergize authentication and directory technology capability with business needs and security standards.
- Ensures solution designs within the IDAM portfolio are complete and aligned with the destination architecture as approved by the Unilever EA and that impact across changed components are fully documented for operational support teams.
- **SLA PERFORMANCE METRICS**:
- Act as an escalation point if the performance levels do not meet desired SLAs because of technology design, lifecycle management or poor vendor execution of solutions.
- Contributes to issue resolution relative to global project solution-ing and initiation working with the governance organization, Security, platforms and support teams
- Co-ordinate and act as single point of contact between IT teams and suppliers for problem and change management.
**PROCESS MANAGEMENT**
- Acts as an escalation point in ensuring contractual compliance of suppliers, ensuring appropriate improvement/action plans are generated where noncompliance to Unilever IDAM and Security standards is identified
**SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**:
- Manages relationship with Software vendors and Cloud providers on delivering right level of service and technology capability to meet market demand.
- Acts as an escalation point for all operational problems associated with technology and service Management at a Global level.
- Assists in monitoring contract governance in relation to technical and security design responsibilities as defined by the secure by design standards.
**CONTINUAL SERVICE IMPROVEMENT**:
- Helps in identifying, developing and monitoring improvement plans in conjunction with suppliers and ensures that any necessary changes are implemented to improve business performance.
- Assists in driving Client satisfaction through both follow up on specific survey feedback and completion of Service Improvement plans. Identify areas of concern and drive closure on a permanent basis
- Regular and formal interaction with Security, Geography IT, Platform leads and other key stakeholders to collect requirements and performance feedback for inclusion into service improvement plans.
