This is a new supervisor role based in Shepton Mallet working for an upcoming contractor renowned for its professionalism in the civil sector. The works here involve earthworks, groundworks and general civils works.

**Day to day works of a Supervisor**
- Review RAMS and safe systems of work
- Manage the package or works.
- Working with commercial planning teams to develop budgets, forecasting, and tracking all progress.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and sub-contractors.

**Supervisor requirements**
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
- Relevant experience in highways, roads and 278 works
- SSSTS
- Experience with earthworks and groundworks

**Package**
- Up to **£55,000 DOE**:
