**Job Title: Care Coordinator**

**Location: Westminster, Central London**

**Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 p.a. + benefits + travel to work subsidy**

As an office-based Care Coordinator you will be responsible for the continuity of quality care for a group of customers living in their own homes.

This is a role that has a huge impact of lives of elderly people who rely on domiciliary Carers visiting them to deliver care on a daily basis. Within this role you will work in a support capacity to the Registered Manager of this highly successful homecare business to ensure that the day to day running of the service is managed efficiently and that the Carers and customers needs are met efficiently.

Essential to this role is someone who puts the Carers first, can communicate clearly and offer high levels of customer service across all your interactions.

This role is all about personality as you will be creating strong relationships with all members of the business, liaising with clients and managing rotas and care calls for the care staff.

Ideally for this role you will have worked within the domiciliary care sector and have experience in care rota management. You will have a good understanding of all Microsoft Office Programs, enjoy working with systems and engaging with people.

A key part of this role is working closely with the care staff and keeping them happy. You will need to have an insight into each carer and their needs in order to schedule their visits and match them to the right clients.

**As a Care Coordinator this role will involve**:

- Maintaining the rota systems
- Speaking to clients and families about day to day operations
- Accurately taking information over the phone and relaying this to the relevant people
- Competently schedule care calls and manage timings
- Managing carer holiday requests, appointments and availability
- Being part of On Call (no care delivery required) and carried out from home

**About You**:

- Previous Care Coordinator level experience within the domiciliary care sector.
- Can confidently converse with all members of the team
- Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and Carers
- Develop and maintain high standards of care by ensuring policy and procedures are followed
- Caring, kind and has an ability to work well under pressure
- Can work to deadlines and enjoys a challenge
- A multi-tasker who can work well alone on projects and as part of a team

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
