**What does the job entail?**
- You will support the Head of Department
- You will control the new client process along with onboarding
- You will take ownership of the compliance processes
- You will help with the monthly billing
- You will monitor and maintain departmental workflows
- You will build long lasting relationships with clients

**Back Office**

Preparation of monthly, subscription and ad hoc billing

Monitoring and maintaining CCH/Glide workflows

Monitoring and reporting on deadlines - accounts and tax

Handling client disbursements **Compliance**

Ownership of anti-money laundering processes on new and existing clients

Reporting on client renewals and providing data to accounts team to ensure updated service agreements are sent to clients after expiration of existing agreement

Ensuring HMRC authorities are up to date and monitored

Submitting accounts to Companies House, tax returns and corporation tax returns

**New Clients & Onboarding**

Supporting the new client process, including: Initial correspondence/new client nurture

Setting up and support initial meetings

Supporting the creation of new client proposals

Sending new client packs

Ensuring Client Relationship Managers are updated throughout

Ownership of entire onboarding process, including: Sending professional clearance to previous accountants

Setting up VAT schemes

Setting up or gaining access to relevant client systems (e.g. Xero)

Where relevant, liaising with and making introductions to the wider team (e.g.payroll and outsourcing)

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
