We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Leicestershire region. This excellent regional firm require a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to support their friendly Lettings team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Serve as main point of contact between contractors, landlords and tenants and arrange calls and diaries
- Process employment verifications and references for prospective tenants from previous employment
- Assist with the negotiation and closing of deals where possible in order to forward the Lettings process
- Undertake all admin associated with legal matters and contracts
- Assist with the production of property adverts and proactively contact prospective tenants for said properties.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous lettings experience required
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work

**Vacancy Summary**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 10:00am
- **Salary**: c£21,500 per annum D.O.E + Commission

**Job Type**: Fixed Term Contract
