**Depot Supervisor**

**£35,000-£40,000 plus up to 10% bonus**

**Monday to Friday + every other Saturday am shift**

Grafton UK are recruiting exclusively for a market leading fuel distributor to source an experienced Depot Supervisor.

The company has been awarded platinum status by UKIFDA and they have won the coveted depot of the year award for the last 2 years running. These awards are based on audits carried on H&S, legal compliance & transport compliance.

The role will report to the Depot Manager and will focus on the below:

- Ordering depot stocks ensuring the correct levels are maintained consistent with demand and price
- Responsibility for lubricant stocks and purchases including month end reconciliation
- Routing and scheduling of loads for drivers
- Taking customer orders and dealing with customer enquiries
- Helping ensure that all vehicle maintenance and repair is kept to specific timeframes in line with legislation
- Assisting the depot manager with ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to

Requirements of the Depot Supervisor:

- Knowledge of EU drivers hours and WTD
- Experience within Fuel Distribution an advantage
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of H&S
- Competent in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Good geographical knowledge of UK & Europe
- French or any other European language will be an advantage
