Hope Point is our Community Wellbeing Centre, and is operational 24/7 to support people living with ongoing mental health challenges & distress. With the aim of addressing barriers to recovery, we will use a personalised and strengths-based approach to promote self-management, resilience building and connecting positively to community and third sector resources which support ongoing wellbeing.

As a Relief Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker, you’ll make a difference to people’s lives every day. Your unique knowledge and understanding gained from your own lived/living experience will be called upon; we recognise, and value how transferable and insightful learning from previous life experiences can be.

**We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are available for waking night shifts or weekend working. **Waking night shifts are paid at an enhanced hourly rate. Penumbra operate community-based Services across Tayside and there may be opportunity to carry out shifts in some of our other services.
