Bartender/waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team however previous experience is not essential. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes as well as making cocktails
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol laws

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and recipes is a plus

Pay: £7.00-£12.00 per hour
