**Contract: Full Time, Permanent**

**Hours: 37.5/ week. Primarily working 9-5 Monday to Friday but will need to be flexible to work between 7am-6pm when required.**

Being the face of FMG, you will display an exceptional professional image, an outgoing personality and thrive of delivering first-class customer service. Dealing with internal and external customers is a key part of this role, so your strong communication skill will be critical, along with the ability to adopt a flexible approach in line with this varied role.

- You have previous experience in a front of house administrative role and can demonstrate excellent communication skills

- As this role involves a significant amount of telephone and PC work, you will be a confident user of both
- You can work proactively and with flexibility, prioritizing you workload where needed
- You’re flexible to get involved in ad hoc duties as required
