**We have a very exciting opportunity for a Locum Construction Solicitor to join a Top 200 law firm whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.**

The Opportunity

My client, a leading Top 200 law firm, is seeking a Locum Construction Solicitor to support them whilst they recruit permanently. The role will be for 3 months initially, although this may be extended.

**Responsibilities**:
The team act on behalf of a range of clients to include developers, institutions, contractors, charities and sub-contractors.

The Locum will be responsible for handling a varying caseload of contentious construction matters, such as:

- Infrastructure disputes
- Housing association disputes
- Payment related disputes
- Advising on engineering contracts and any associated disputes
- Loss and expenses claims
