The cases held by Social Workers between 15 and 18.
The Team are looking for Social Workers with few years experience and the ability to hit the ground running.
They would sit in our long term team and would be required to carry out Visits, attend Court if the case required, attend Meetings relating to the family with other professionals and family members.
Our Long Term Teams work in partnership with families and other professionals to keep children within their naturally connected networks wherever safe and possible. Adopting relationship based practice, enables us to strive to ensure all our children andfamilies have meaningful and professional encounters with our Social Workers.
