**The role**:
- ARC Specialist - Flight Control_
In this exciting role you will support our airports worldwide with flight management. You are the first point of contact for all ARC airports, resolving issues efficiently and you support our offshore service providers with help, advice and guidance. You will provide entry requirement guidance to our front line airport colleagues and deliver a seamless customer service experience 24/7, 365 days per year.
**What you’ll do**:
You will be the first point of contact for Heathrow Airport colleagues and for all Worldwide ARC airports, resolving any problems efficiently. You will provide entry requirement support and guidance to our front line airport colleagues, as well as tracking disrupted customers and ensuring appropriate resolution is provided.
**What you’ll bring to British Airways**:
We are looking for proactive, and positive individuals who are resilient in difficult situations. Applicants should be able to work independently but also as part of a team. As well as being able to follow procedures and understand the importance of safety and compliance within the aviation industry. Knowledge and understanding for IATA regulations for denied boarding, downgrades and misconnections is desired but not essential.
**Your experience**:
Operational Airport Experience
Willing and able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
