Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist at the Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Foundation Trust. An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join a dynamic team of Consultants. The department wishes to increase general gastroenterology capacity, consolidate current services, and also develop new ones such as colon capsule, nasal gastroscopy and EUS. An interest in either luminal gastroenterology, advanced endoscopy or hepatology would be considered. Twelve consultants currently lead the speciality with a dedicated gastroenterology ward, outpatient facility and JAG accredited 5 room endoscopy department. A commitment to the medical on call rota is required.
