You will have ambition, a desire to succeed, can achieve against performance targets, be able to drive profit, profile and reputation. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing your business and teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage the day-to-day running of our offices, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
- To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
- Helping to manage and develop the teams you are working with so they can fulfill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set
- Motivating your teams with incentives and rewards
- Listing and selling properties
- Ensuring business is compliant

**Essential**:

- Estate agency Experience is essential
- You must be enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven
- Well-presented, be a good communicator, and articulate
- You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
- A full UK driving license
- You must be flexible and be happy moving from branch to branch
- An excellent ability to build rapport
- You must be motivated to exceed targets
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Salary & Location**
Depending on experience : To be discussed at the interview. OTE £25,000
You will be predominately based in Grimsby but may need to work in surrounding branches if required.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
