**Shift Pattern 7am-11am/3pm-7:30pm some occasional straight shifts 7-3pm 0r 3-7pm**

We are looking for team members for our thriving catering department

To assist our excellent cooks in the preparation, cooking and serving of our delicious menus.

**Your role will consist of**:
*Assisting with basic food preparation
*Making sandwiches/salads and baking
*Cleaning/sanitising tables/sideboards, maintaining health and hygiene regulations.
*Setting up dining areas
*Face-to-face customer service
*Collaborating with the Chef/cook and catering manager to prepare meals
*Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and the kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift

**Requirements**:

- Remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, positive and approachable manner.
- Great customer service.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and deliver quality work
- Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication with your team and other departments
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
- To understand and comply with the Company’s safeguarding policy

**Applicants must have**:

- A positive attitude and ready to be part of a great team
- An enhanced DBS check (We will help with this)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time available

Hours 16-40 hours per week.

**Salary**: (NMW age dependant)
