**Description**
As a **Town Merchandiser** within our business, **you will be** reporting to the **Area Manager** and **Visual Support Manager. **Although your base store would be Preston, this position is field based and** **you will look after a cluster of stores around** Lancashire,** including _Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn_ and _Bolton._
You will be responsible for and maintain the visual aspects of footwear, accessories and apparel. Tasks in which you will undertake are as follows;
- Implement and maintain business guidelines throughout your stores.
- Driving sales through visual proposition and maintaining impeccable visual standards.
- Deliver the company strategy through visual merchandising ensuring it stays true to our DNA.
- Conduct constructive floor walks within store teams to ensure company guidelines are being achieved.
- Train & develop in store team to ensure company guidelines and standards are met.
- Review and refresh in store layouts and window displays to ensure they are the best at all times.
- Collate information and photographs of store set ups.
- Assisting with new store set-up.

**About you**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally within a fashion retail environment.
- A Full UK driving license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- Must be flexible in working pattern and able to change at short notice.
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines and cope with working under pressure.
- Must conduct/present yourself in a professional manner.
