Animal Helpline Supervisor

The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity, is seeking to recruit an Animal Helpline Supervisor. The role is based at its Headquarters in Dunfermline but will involve home working initially (internet connection is required).

The Scottish SPCA Animal Helpline responds to emergency calls dealing with animals in distress and other related animal matters. The Animal Helpline fields over 230,000 calls per annum and our Inspectors and Animal Rescue Officers will attend over 85,000 incidents this year.

The role is based at our headquarters in Dunfermline, Fife. Hours of work will be between 7.30am to 8.00pm or 9.00pm, working 8.5 hours per day, working any 4 days out of 8, to include weekends. The normal shift patterns are working from 7.30am to 4.00pm and 1.00pm to 8.00pm or 9.00pm.
