**Introduction - General Builder**

We have an enviable reputation for being approached to work on a variety of projects from prestige new build dwellings to listed and heritage buildings.

**Requirements**:

- Time served or NVQ in building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience in reading drawings and written instructions
- Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking
- To be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Location - Bedale, Ripon, Northallerton, Thirsk & surrounding areas

**Benefits**
- Permanent Monday - Friday 43 Hours per week + overtime available
- £44,000 - 50,000 per annum, dependant on experience
- 28 Days holiday per year - this includes the 8 statutory public/bank holidays as normally recognised by England.

**Day to Day**

Duties range from stone and brick masonry, block work, concreting and general ground works.
