**Turnos**: 13:00 - 01:00 (Summer) 12:00 - 24:00 (Winter)

**Formacion**: 10 dias, asistencia completa requerida

**Requisitos**: Se requiere un pasaporte actualizado para llevar a cabo controles de verificacion
**Responsabilidades del dia a dia del representante de servicios al cliente**
- Empezara su dia laboral registrandose en sus sistemas. asegurando que esta preparado para el dia laboral
- Desempenara un papel clave en proporcionar apoyo y guia ( no consejos) acerca del proceso de Visado y Imigracion guiando los clientes a los relevantes fuentes de informacion y herramientas online a traves de una lina de consulta telefonica y tambien contestando a correos electronicos
- Trabajara con energia y entusiasmo como parte de un equipo de atencion al cliente de alto rendimiento
- Dispondra de una hora de descanso ( 30 minutos para el almuerzo y 2x15 minutos de descanso) para que tenga siempre tiempo para charlar con amigos, comer algo o quizas dar un paseo...
**Habilidades necesarias para ser Representante de Atencion al Cliente**:
Estamos buscando las siguientes habilidades y atributos:

- Alto nivel de comunicacion verbal y escrita con la habilidad de prestar atencion a los detalles
- Habilidad de establecer relaciones colaborativas con los clientes dentro de un ambiente rapido y cambiante
- Una buena actitud y la habilidad de interactuar con gente diferente
- Actitud cortes y simpatica al hablar por telefono
- Experiencia en Atencion al Cliente
- Experiencia de haber trabajado en un ambiente rapido y cambiante y cumplir metas con un alto nivel
- Habilidades informaticas y la habilidad de navegar con facilidad y competencia multiples sistemas a la vez
- Un buen ritmo de teclear
- Demuestra una actitud positiva y una dedicacion a dar un servicio excelente ademas de una habilidad de manejar y sobrellevar diferentes situaciones
- Es capaz de trabajar en un ambiente rapido, cambiante y exigente
