We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable **Teaching Assistants** to join our team and make a positive contribution to pupils’ learning across both primary and secondary schools in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

Successful applicants will provide assistance to teachers as required, which may include: helping to prepare teaching resources, providing support in the classroom, supporting with group activities and individual work, managing pupils' behaviour, monitoring and reporting progress, and assisting in general administrative duties.
- Ability to demonstrate a firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively with children of all ages and with others.
- Flexibility, dependability, and punctuality.
- A good level of numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills.

Previous experience working or volunteering with children in an educational setting is desirable.

In return we offer a competitive hourly rate of £80 to £90 per day and the chance to join a supportive and committed team. This position is a full-time ongoing role.
