Grounds Maintenance

Avocet Recruitment is working alongside a well established property developer in Bristol who require a Groundskeeper.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the company undertake their responsibilities as landowner and developer efficiently, safely and securely.

Duties include:
You will oversee access and security
Assess the site boundaries and upkeep of them
Look after sales office
Remove safety concerns (trips hazards etc)
Coordinate access onto the airfield, managing deliveries and coordinating with the construction teams over movements
Undertake regular Health & Safety inspections
Undertake fire alarm tests and meter readings
