We are a local building company who specialise in older properties. We work for the National Trust and Diocese of Exeter and with private clients to undertake, repairs, renovations, refurbishments and building of extensions on individual properties. Due to increasing levels of work coming in and a steady stream of exciting potential projects we are looking to recruit Carpenter, Labourer, Mason, Multi-trade person to meet the business needs.

If you have at least 2 years trade experience, can drive, have your own tools, are reliable and able to work either on your own or part of a team in and around Cullompton, Exeter and across South Devon we would like to hear from you.

Salary is negotiable dependant upon age and experience in the chosen trade/role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
