Fabric Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing local business who have seen a tremendous amount of growth over the past year. With their continued success they are now seeking a Sales Administrator to support their customers with enquires and quotations.
**Description of the role**:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Liaising with the sales teams to ensure a smooth journey for all clients.
- Updating the CRM systems with detailed notes, about the customer’s progress.
- Supporting the Head of Estimating with quotes, leads and suppliers.
- Supporting the department with enquiries.
- Assisting all teams across the organisation as required.
**About you**:
- Previous experience within a customer service/sales administration role
- Excellent administrations skills
- Good telephone manner
- Microsoft Office skills
- Results orientated
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
