Are you an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Handler looking for a new opportunity in the insurance industry? Look no further Coversure London East, part of the Jensten Group, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at their Stratford office.

**About the Role**: As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing our General Commercial Insurance book, focusing on renewals, retention, and new business.

Working closely with a team of 14, you'll report to the Head of Renewals and collaborate with your peers. Key responsibilities include presenting insurance solutions, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Objectives & Responsibilities**:

- Offer and present insurance solutions for renewals and new business.
- Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.
- Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income from various marketing sources.
- Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management.
- Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations.

**About You**: As a valuable member of our team, you'll possess:

- Essential insurance background, particularly in Commercial.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) or working towards them.
- Strong customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Drive and passion to learn and develop within the insurance industry.
- Previous experience working with insurers and clients.
- Ability to use initiative, multitask, and manage administrative tasks.
- Acturis systems knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
